Generalized minter.
Modes:
DEFAULT
. No mint gatekeeping.VERIFY_MERKLE
. Minters must be included in a Merkle Tree.VERIFY_SIGNATURE
. Minters must be authorized via a signature by a signer. The price and quantity restrictions can be adjusted via the signature.
